Mindfulness and Meditation are amazing tools that we have to enable us to feel present and grounded. Using these techniques can bring an amazing sense of calm in are ever present busy lives. Breath work can also help us restore equilibrium and balance. I incorporate these practices within the available coaching packages.

I also offer separate `Mindfulness in Nature Walks.

Mindfulness in Nature Walks cost £50 per hour. These are held on a 1:1 basis much like the available coaching sessions.
